Summary

We are looking for a skilled, organised and highly motivated manager to lead our team delivering DWP Restart contract in West Hounslow. The role involves managing a team of 15 comprising of: Team leaders; Employment Advisors; In Work Support Advisors; Compliance, office and administration teams. The team support circa 250 Restart clients at any one time and our aim to help as many as possible into sustainable employment.

The post holder will have experience and a proven track record of managing DWP welfare to work programmes, a thorough understanding of Restart and needs of the clients we are supporting.

We have an exceptional team, one of the highest performing in London’s Restart programme. We are looking for an equally exceptional manager, who can lead this team to maintain and improve our performance even further.
