Approvals Coordinator
Reporting to the Brand Assurance and Approvals Manager for Fashion and Mass Accounts, EME
Pre-Production Samples: Receiving and reviewing pre-production samples. Requires a good eye for detail to feedback on IP accuracy and quality. Key contact to provide sample feedback to factory and retail buyers and clearly communicate areas of improvement or approval to production.
Clear communication: Confident to communicate with factories and retail buyers with clear feedback and next step information
Update all approval systems with concept and sample feedback to ensure projects are being tracked accurately with internal systems and external retailer formats
Ability to work across multiple projects at the same time, track projects status and able to priorities key projects
Work closely with sales and design teams to ensure all updated and approvals run smoothly and in a timely manner.
Send samples for licensor review and follow up by email accordingly to ensure feedback is secured
Complete any retail systems required with appropriate information on approval feedback
Prepare concept approvals, loading accurately onto licensor portals and internal workflow. Ensure tracking jobs end to end to get approvals over the line.
Candidate Team player and some experience in the fashion industry and ideally licensing.
