Summary

Acorn by Synergie is searching for an Export Customer Service Administrator to work from home for their client, a well-established manufacturer based in the Northwest.

The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the export of goods including sales, customer service and associated documentation.

Key duties will include:

* Responsible for all aspects of export of goods including sales, customer service, legislation, and paperwork.

* Ensure compliance to legal requirements for exports and internal policies, and export procedures.

* Ensure compliance to all national and international regulations.

* Manage all communication with export authorities for all export destinations.

* Prepare all export documents within required time frame and schedule cost and time efficient shipping activities.

* Resolve customer issues for export processes and procedures, collaborate with customers to ensure smooth functioning of our export processes and requirements.

* Maintain all export records for the business.

* Additional duties may include assisting with imports.

The ideal applicant will have relevant experience with exporting and importing from and to the UK.

You will be competent in using Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.

Permanent - Monday to Friday.

Salary dependent on the experience to offer, excellent benefits package.
