Summary
Senior Designer/Creative Manager, North Oxfordshire, £40-50k+
Following several new business wins and sustained business growth this established and successful company are now looking to appoint an experienced hands on Senior Designer/Creative Manager, who can prioritise work, handle multiple briefs simultaneously and manage/motivate a team.
Working as part of and managing a Design team you will be responsible for:
• Personally taking design projects from concept through to completion, this may also involve creative concepts for Presentations and Tenders/Bids.
• Work allocation.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure all design projects meet time sensitive deadlines and production schedules.
• Ensuring the high creative standard is maintained across all projects.
Requirements:
• Proven background in Graphic Design, with a portfolio showing off your talents
• Team/Supervisor experience.
• Fully Mac literate, with proficiency in all main Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced creative environment.
