Summary
You will be responsible for providing an efficient pot washing service by operation of mechanical industrial type dishwasher machines, Organising the flow of service and keeping the area and equipment clean and tidy. You will help with the cleaning of the food trollies and making sure they are stored correctly after emptying. You will help to prepare the wash area with the necessary equipment, and cleaning supplies. Full uniform, on the job training and full Trust induction will be given so experience although desired is not essential. To measure and record all food waste. To remove waste to the correct location points. Ensure correct storage, labelling and rotation of chilled produce is followed and relevant temperature monitoring is undertaken. To maintain a pleasant customer focused manner at all times. To complete daily schedules, temperature and wastage records and timesheets via app-based software packages. To complete all online training.
