Your new role
This Professional Negligence solicitor role will see you handle your own caseload of professional negligence claims, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents. You will represent a range of clients, including accountants, surveyors and solicitors. You will maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice on case progress and strategy. You will represent clients in court proceedings, including pre-trial hearings and trials, under the supervision of senior solicitors.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with 0-2 years PQE. Previous experience in professional negligence or related areas of law is desirable. Applicants from an insurance background will be considered. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
