Summary
Production Operative - Multi Head
Location: Wash Barn, Buckfastleigh, Devon, TQ11 0JU - Reliable transportation is required to commute to Wash Farm, as it is not accessible by public transport routes.
Contract: Saturday and Thursday 6am - 2pm
Salary: £12.55 per hour + time and a half on Saturday

Your Role:
Pack Delicate Produce: Work in a temperature-controlled, damp environment to carefully pack delicate leafy items, beans, and peas. We provide protective clothing to keep you warm and dry.
Operate Multihead Machine: Receive full training to operate and maintain the intricate Multihead machine, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Quality Control: Use your initiative and attention to detail to ensure only the best produce is packed for our customers.
Cross-Department Assistance: Be prepared to assist in other departments as needed and contribute to keeping the production area clean and tidy.
Team Collaboration: Bring enthusiasm and a team-oriented attitude to help achieve collective goals and maintain high standards.
