The Role
As a Coffee Shop Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of delivering excellent customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages.
- Taking customer orders and handling payments at the till.
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of food items.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the coffee shop.
- Restocking supplies and ensuring a smooth workflow during busy periods.
