Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a consultancy in Reading with the recruitment of an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
Your New Role
You will be responsible for assisting with the provision of a wide range of M&E quantity surveying services including advising on service costs involved in building projects, evaluation of costs and advising on alternative proposals, undertaking all elements of pre- and post-contract work as well as preparing measured-term accounts for contractor-based clients.
What You'll Need To Succeed
You will ideally have previous experience in Quantity Surveying in mechanical and electrical, as well as either a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or a similar level of degree or qualification.
What You'll Get In Return
This role is offered with a salary between £30,000 - £45,000 per annum on a permanent contract.
