Due to continued investment in our teams we are recruiting a brand new role of Senior Quality and Compliance Administrator within our Contract Performance and Compliance team to help establish and maintain a document control process.

What will you be doing?

In this role you will work closely with the Senior Quality & Compliance Manager and Records Management Officer to provide excellent administration of the document control process for the NETSCC Quality Management System. This will include:

Reviewing, improving and maintaining the document control process
Coordinating the document change control process, working with document owners to help prioritise changes in a timely manner.
Assisting the Records Management officer with the flow of document in and out of NETSCC, including physical copes where required.
Assisting employees with accessing documents in the management system and maintaining templates.
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who is keen to learn. Our ideal candidate will be hard-working and flexible in their approach to work. You will have a strong administrative background, but other key skills are:

Experience of establishing and maintaining document control processes, ideally within a ISO9001 certified Quality Management System, and experience of using a computerised document management system, such as SharePoint
Good interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
Strong organisational skills alongside with a good attention to detail.
A Proactive attitude with the ability to manage your own workload.
