About the Role

To support the Heritage Operations Team in ensuring the smooth operations of the Heritage Sites. To actively participate and assist with the operations of the site to deliver exceptional customer service, cleaning and maintenance for the site activities.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

· Knowledge and experience of building maintenance in a heritage setting

· Experience and knowledge of different methods of cleaning and exceptional attention to detail

· Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and its practical application in the workplace

· Experience of working in grounds maintenance, horticulture and/ or nature conservation

. Able to work across all museum sites –including evening, weekends and bank holidays

. Full Clean Driving Licence
