Summary
-Prepare orders on a regular basis and make sure that the deliveries are received and checked.
-Perform daily shift reconciliation and report any discrepancies on a day-to-day basis.
-Maintain a weekly reporting system on store performance, on sales, waste, cost and any other major event.
-Maintain a control system to minimise the waste throughout the store.
-Keep up-to-date and take ownership in relation to laws and regulations such as Alcohol licence, food and hygiene and health and safety etc.
-Undertake ownership for good maintenance of the store.
-Implement a safe working place for staff and the general public.
-Able to keep up-to-date with store wide marketing promotion on a periodic basis.
-Ready to deal with customer complaints and resolve them instantly.
-Always be an example of a good role model in terms of customer service and work ethic for staff and customers.
-Make sure staff are trained all necessary tasks and regulations.
-Allocate and monitor shifts for the staff.
Skills Required
-To be trustworthy and reliable
-A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work
-Confident communicator with good organisational skills
-Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
-A passion for good customer service with a desire to get to know our customers.
-Have good time management skills and be able to perform multitask.
The ideal candidate should have GCSE or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
