Summary
Implement and oversee promotional activities, sales strategies, and product displays to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
Maintain inventory levels by liaising with suppliers and managing stock orders based on sales forecasts.
Conduct regular stock checks and address any discrepancies with inventory.
Handle escalated customer complaints or issues,
ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Implement and monitor customer service policies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports,
analyzing performance and making recommendations for improvements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report findings to the director Manage store
budgets, reduce wastage, and optimize profitability
through cost control measures.
