Summary

Are you an experienced Business Analyst ready for your next challenge?

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing Enterprise Services function on an 18-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting and varied time to join us, contributing to the success of key programmes and change initiatives across the Group, including the Voids and Lettings Core Change Programme.

This programme focuses on improving processes within the New Customers directorate, equipping colleagues with the tools they need to excel and ensuring customers enjoy a ‘best-in-sector’ experience when moving into their new home with Platform.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the programme’s success by providing essential analysis support to the programme and working closely with stakeholders across the Group to identify and document requirements, process maps, pain points, and benefits.

Some of the things we need from you: 

A Lean Six Sigma or similar business analysis qualification or equivalent experience 

Familiar with User Acceptance Testing practices and able to conduct this thoroughly

Gap analysis, root cause analysis and requirement gathering experience 

Experience of producing As-Is and To-Be process maps using Microsoft Visio

Experience of creating, analysing, and optimising business process models

Experience in translating user needs into system requirements 

Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite

Strong time management and organisational skills, be able to prioritise your workload with the ability to work alone and as part of a team 

Experience of data analysis, data cleansing & data optimisation activities would be beneficial

While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park and Central Park, Worcester.
