Summary

Student Enrichment Facilitator
Salary: £15,494 - £15,868 per annum (actual) - Pay Award Pending
Working Pattern: 24.6 average hours per week, working Tuesday to Friday and Saturday on our open weekends (currently 11 weekends a year see rota attached)
Location: Wentworth Castle, Barnsley, South Yorkshire

This is an exciting new opportunity to join our Student Support Services team at Northern College. Delivering an extra-curricular enrichment programme you will create activities and events that support students' personal development and employability.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a co-ordinated programme of enrichment activities tailored to meet the needs of adult learners.
Proactively communicate and work with students to ensure their engagement within the enrichment and Student Voice programme.
Coordinate and deliver a range of evening activities and events specifically designed for residential students, which foster a sense of community and belonging within the residential setting.
Host and deliver enrichment focused workshops and events to students, ensuring a breadth of activities that develop wide ranging life and employability skills.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Experience of working in a student facing support service within an educational setting.
Experience of co-ordinating and delivering events and activities.
GCSE English and maths (Grade C/4) or equivalent level qualification.
