I am looking for a female to join my carer companion team. My name is Lara I am 31 years old have cerebral palsy which affects my legs, intellectually I am fine. I live in Pulborough. I embrace to the full I am active I love going to watch sport live and on tv. I have pet cat called Buzz.

What the role consist of

Hours are Wednesday 10 am until 3pm Friday 10 am until 3pm Able to do nights if necessary and weekend if necessary Skill that are necessary for the role are: Must be able to swim Cook and put a meal together Happy to help with personal care Assist to the toilet, and with balance Must hold UK driving license and be able to drive my car (must to be over 25 for insurance purposes)

On a Wednesday I go to the gym at the Billingshurst leisure centre and then I come back and help to get some lunch and then help me get ready for work I have job at Tesco in Pulborough 3pm until 6pm. On Friday I go to the Billingshurst leisure centre again this time to go swimming you need to happy to come into the swimming pool with me to help in and out of the pool I can swim can unaided.

Must hold a UK driving license and happy to drive my car My car is an automatic and is on the mobility scheme so must be a responsible driver (must to be over 25 for insurance purposes)

Must be able to swim
