I need 1 hour support on weekdays for help with safety in the home around having a shower, light housekeeping and preparing meals. I want to split these 5 days between 2 PAs, and I’m looking for support anytime from late morning to late afternoon.

I also need someone who can take me swimming once a week, in their car, to help me mobilise around the pool and assist with dressing. Again, I’m flexible on who covers this, as it will be an additional 2.5 hours.

Duties include:

Medication prompting/administering
