Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present dishes to exceptional standards using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily food preparation and menu planning.
- Bring creativity to menu development with innovative ideas and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure efficient ingredient use.
