Summary

The Property Service Section within Sunderland City Council are currently looking to recruit a Works Scheduler to join their Repairs and Maintenance team.



This role involves managing customer service work requests within scheduling software, along with the coordination of planned, cyclical and responsive repairs within the operational teams.andnbsp; You will also be responsible for the smooth and effective delivery of works programmes for all service areas and multi-disciplined teams which will involve diary management of operative diaries.



This role is customer service focused, with customers being both internal and external, therefore the successful applicant will have demonstratable experience of excellent customer service skills gained within a construction-based environment, along with good IT skills as you will be responsible for not only diary management, but also raising and processing invoices, and actioning any required repairs.



Our ultimate aim is to provide a first-class service in all work areas that the team deliver. This this role is pivotal in ensuring we achieve this aim.
