Hours: 8 hours per week (possibly to be increased)
Rate: £12.90 per hour
Area: Jarrow, South Tyneside
Driver Essential
Personal Assistant required after school and some weekends (to be discussed at interview) to bring energy and build rapport with a 14-year-old boy and assist with keeping up his social activities. He enjoys football, swimming (attends Waves on a Saturday), is a thrill seeker and likes to go out for food.
You will be working 2:1 as the child has no danger awareness and will receive ongoing training. The employer is also looking to organise a group for all PAs working with clients under 18 years old that need social skills.
There is a genuine occupational requirement for the holder of this post to be male/female in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and Equality Act 2010 schedule 9 paragraphs 1 – 4.
