Summary

This post is responsible for the following:

Make use of the automated SLIM discrepancy reports to resolve discrepancies between SLIM and JPA by completing investigatory action to identify issues, directing them accordingly for corrective action to be taken, and ensuring all action is taken in a timely and accurate manner.
Investigate data inaccuracies by interrogating SLIM and JPA, raising any feedback requests on SLIM if system failures or weaknesses are identified.
Complete data analysis on discrepancy reports in line with the Q1/Q3 Workforce Demand, raising discrepancy workbooks for correction to the Demand baseline as identified.
Support SO2 WR Data Assurance to develop and maintain an accurate, auditable assurance documentation for implementation across WR teams processes such as Q1/Q3 Demand, and Data Standards Validation process.
Oversee the monitoring of the Workforce Requirement database on SLIM, ensuring action is being taken to resolve discrepancies between SLIM and JPA ready for the Q1 and Q3 Demand.
Contribute to SLIM development, complete UAT and a 6-weekly download of the Demand to ensure smooth running of the process, promptly raising any technical issues.
Own the Data Standard Validation and LOV processes on SLIM.
Deputise for SO2 WR Data Assurance in their absence.
Any other appropriate duties as deemed necessary by line management.
