Summary
The SERE Instructional Officer role is primarily one of SERE related training delivery to Defence Aircrew trainees and staff within the Military Flying Training System (MFTS) through the medium of classroom, swimming pool and outdoor teaching as well as regular deployment on practical exercises. As a SERE Instructional Officer, you would be responsible for: Assisting in the management, development and delivery of Land and Maritime Survival training. Delivering mandated dry/wet Life raft training for Staff/students engaged in Multi Engine Flying training within MFTS.
Undertaking associated ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
