Summary
We are looking for an experienced Auto Styling and Detailing Technician to join our team, fully on-site, for 37.5 hours per week across 5 days. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent customer service, and the candidate will work closely with our team to enhance the appearance of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of our services.
Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively to perform detailing tasks.
Maintain equipment used for detailing, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Assemble and disassemble parts as needed during the detailing process.
Perform minor equipment repairs as required to ensure optimal performance.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally.
Assist in heavy lifting when moving vehicles or equipment within the facility.
Follow safety protocols while using tools and handling materials.
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand schematics related to automotive components.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Experience with equipment repair and maintenance is an advantage.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Capability to weld or perform basic welding tasks is a plus.
Candidates must be at least 22 years old and possess strong technical and creative skills to meet our high production standards.
