We are looking for a passionate and driven hands on Coffee Shop Manager to lead the team and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Front of house and kitchen staff.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all customers have a positive experience.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management to minimise waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
- Plan staff schedules, manage absences, and conduct performance reviews.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to align with Boundary Outlet’s values and goals.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a similar role, managing a café or coffee shop.
- Is passionate about food, coffee, and customer service.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Has excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
- Holds relevant food safety and hygiene certifications (or is willing to obtain them).
