Summary

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join a fast-paced, growing team that specializes in supporting freelancers, contractors, and self-employed professionals with insurance and consultancy services.
What You’ll Do:

- Assist new and existing customers via phone, email, and online chat.
- Process applications for insurance and consultancy services, including renewals.
- Provide product information and support administrative changes, such as cancellations or updates.
- Work with underwriters to facilitate new insurance proposals.
- Uphold compliance standards while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Proactively up-sell and cross-sell additional products (no cold calling).

Your Objectives:

- Effectively communicate policy details to ensure customers fully understand their purchases.
- Achieve targeted renewal retention rates by collaborating with the Sales Team.
- Consistently meet quality assurance benchmarks and performance KPIs, including upselling targets.

What You’ll Bring:

- Exceptional customer service experience, ideally involving CRM or equivalent systems.
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills to support customer needs.
- Motivation to achieve positive results and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Desirable Skills:

- Familiarity with insurance, the contractor market, or IR35 legislation.
- Previous office-based work experience.
