You will have a CIPD Chartered Membership or qualified to obtain this membership.Responsibilities
Through a business partnering approach, you will provide a comprehensive range of HR services and advice to managers and employees.The Individual
You will have experience of working with trade unions and undertaking research. You will be an excellent communicator with proven interpersonal and report writing skills and must be able to work with limited supervision.You will have the confidence and skills to develop and deliver training courses and will be able to work as part of a team and be flexible and adaptable.
