Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Resourcing Partner to join our busy Resourcing team. Reporting to the Senior Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle across a range of levels and functions.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with hiring managers from across the organisation to support with the development and management of recruitment campaigns.
  • Play a key role in the attraction, selection and onboarding of talent to a wide variety of roles.
  • Support with the planning and development of campaigns and selection activities, providing specialist advice and guidance to help to attract high quality and diverse candidates for our roles.
  • Manage the use of non-employee resource such as contractors and agency staff.
  • Challenge managers to consider transferrable skills from internal talent to encourage progression and development from within the organisation.
  • Use a range of sourcing methods to help attract candidates to our vacancies including direct targeting whilst also identifying opportunities to enhance our employer value proposition.
  • Deliver coaching and training to managers to ensure they understand and follow a robust and transparent recruitment and selection process.

What you’ll bring

You will be an exceptional communicator and be adept at building relationships with both leaders and candidates.

You will also have experience of developing and evaluating job descriptions, working alongside Hiring Managers to understand the critical skills, experience and behaviours which will lead to high performance in role.

In this role it is crucial that you have the ability to multi-task and be able to manage a high-volume workload and enjoy working to tight deadlines to deliver an excellent service to both candidates and Hiring Managers.

You will also have experience of managing team members and ideally have a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
