Job description
The Office Administrator is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the office premises and the carrying out of the administrative functions of Infinity Foster Care. This is a wide-ranging and responsible role requiring strong administrative, IT, organisational and communication skills with a ‘can-do' and 'hands-on' attitude.
Key Responsibilities
The Officer Administrator will:
Provide an efficient and effective front line duty’ customer service to anyone contacting the service or visiting the office.
Provide administrative support to social work and support staff
Provide administrative support to management
Organise, minute take and complete post meeting actions of all professionals meetings conducted within the service
Organise, minute take and complete post meeting actions of all carers training and support groups
Organise, manage and maintain all aspects of the office and its facilities
Organise, procure, manage, replenish and dispose of all office items
Liaise and manage relationships with all external providers and suppliers of good and services
Effectively and efficiently undertake and complete admin tasks with minimal supervision
Manage office budget and the petty cash
Undertake and complete Statutory Checks for foster carers and staff
Administer the Independent Fostering Panel and take detailed minutes
Only applicants who have a minimum 5 years of office administration experience will be considered.
It is highly preferable that that candidate has administrative experience in a fostering environment.
This role is 100% office based, working out of our office in Ilford, East London.

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
