CT Desktop Network Support
35 hours per week, Langside Campus
£34,349 per annum




Do you have a passion for ICT? We currently seek motivated ICT Desktop Network Support for our Langside Campus




Responsibilities:

Operate as a member of the ICT team, offering specialist advice and the highest professional standards
Support ICT service-desk operations, including management of requests, gathering of information and escalation/request assignment as required
Administer and support the edge network infrastructure and desktop environment including desktop/software deployment
Maintain and administer end-user devices, including tablets, mobile phones, desktop/Apple PCs, server systems, including patch management and security
Manage the creation of user accounts, user mailboxes, distribution groups, file shares, and user home directories in accordance with ICT procedures



Requirements:

SCQF level 7 (HNC or equivalent) relevant qualification or relevant experience in a similar role
Experience of providing ICT support and customer care in a busy service environment
Expert knowledge of current desktop operating systems

A good knowledge of Audio Video equipment

Proficient in the use and operation of current desktop office applications.
Excellent personal communication and customer care skills.
