Are you an experienced MFL teacher with leadership experience and a background in IB? We are seeking a Head of Department for Modern Foreign Languages to cover maternity leave, starting at the end of January or early February. This full-time, temporary position will allow you to lead the MFL department, manage a team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5.

As Head of Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum, supporting staff development, and ensuring high academic standards within the MFL department. IB experience is essential to the role, as the department offers the IB language programme.
