We are recruiting for a FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR to join our client on a temporary on-going basis. For the right candidate this could lead to a permanent position at the client’s discretion.

• Provide administrative support to the Facilities Department by utilising the systems within the department to process tickets/faults and update the end users
• Updating and monitoring Compliance dashboard
• Reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders
• General purchasing, raising purchase orders
• To support in the creation and generation of reports from the AMS system on a regular basis
• Uploading of files such as certificates and reports onto AMS for individual locations
• Assist the Facilities Team with the managing of the Facilities Calendar, ensuring it updated when supporting functions and trades are booked to attend a site, and that the site is aware of the booking.
• Any other ad hoc requirements from the Facilities Manager or Head of Facilities

You will have:

• The proven ability to follow a schedule of work accurately
• Good level of self-motivation
• The ability to effectively manage your own workload and time
• Good level of written and spoken English
• At least 10 years admin experience

What we need from you:

• CV showing at least 10 years admin experience
• Passport OR Birth Certificate with National Insurance proof
