Summary
The neonatal Senior Sister supports the Clinical Matron and acts as their deputy in the management of care and the care environment, ensuring that babies are safe and receive care of a high standard. The neonatal Senior Sister will report directly to the Clinical matron and will be responsible for ensuring that the neonatal team possess the clinical skills, knowledge and motivation to offer and deliver the highest quality of care to babies and their families.
