Summary
Key responsibilities In addition to the standard duties of a Business Analysis Manager, the Business Analysis Manager within the BaRS team will; Lead on research and analysis providing a foundation for strategic decision-making, aligning BaRS with user needs, relevant policies and gaining support from key decision makers. Identifies gaps in the current capabilities and drives the development of BaRS by creating requirements for further use cases and applications. This is crucial for maintaining alignment with programme goals. Produces technical and business documentation to be incorporated into the published standard, supporting the development cycle and ensuring BaRS remains up-to-date. Works closely with suppliers to understand their requirements, address technical, business, and development issues, and support the adoption and understanding of BaRS across a wide range of stakeholders. Interface with suppliers and internal teams translating technical aspects of work to non technical stakeholders Supports the successful on-boarding of BaRS by liaising with system suppliers and providers to deliver BaRS through Beta into Live. Experience and in depth understanding of HL7 FHIR Understands business and development issues for suppliers and where BaRS can help.
