Summary
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a senior Sales Negotiator on behalf of our client based in central London.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a sales negotiator within an estate agency in the central London area.
Driving licence NOT required.

Main Responsibilities:
• Organising and undertaking viewings
• Business development: securing new sales
• Sales progression and liaising with solicitors and other parties
• Marketing and administration
• All other related tasks

Qualificitions:
• Degree educated
Full time Monday to Friday, 40 hour week, Monday to Thursday 9.30 am -6.30 pm. Friday 9.30 am -6 pm with 1 day early finish at 5 pm. One hour for lunch.
Basic: From £26,000 pa + OTE £40,000 pa to £60,000 pa _ benefits
