Summary
Working within a close-knit team, you will be responsible for monitoring information and data holdings across several applications/systems, ensuring holdings are compliant with MOD policy and DBS governance. Working predominantly in the O365 applications, you will be responsible for identifying issues and implementing solutions, escalating where necessary. You will use your extensive interpersonal skills to engage with and influence stakeholders to secure their buy-in to the benefits of KIM and drive the integration of effective KIM practices and JSP441 policy into Business As Usual (BAU) across the organisation. Using your IT skills and initiative to exploit the available technology and improve current ways of working.
Administer O365 applications
Conduct regular data holding reviews, ensuring compliance with MOD policy, identify issues and implement solutions.
Deliver O365 training and support providing awareness and education activities.
Identify organisation-wide barriers to embedding KIM and lead the delivery of solution
Using JSP441 Retention and Disposal Schedule conduct regular record reviews, engaging with stakeholders to progress local actions
Identify KIM approaches or techniques and integrate them into the DBS KIM toolset.
Exploit available technology to continuously improve ways of working, such as existing 365 audit reports and SharePoint administration
