We are seeking to recruit a full-time Service Manager to play a crucial role in leading the VCSE workforce, fostering community partnerships, coordinating and have operational oversight of the Living Well VCSE workforce in Derby City. They will ensure that all services are delivered effectively, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key role requirements:
• Experience in multi-agency collaboration and partnership working within health and social care settings, particularly with VCSE organisations and statutory mental health services
• Successfully leading team, managing people and delivering services
• Strong understanding of person-centered, recovery-focused approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting of outputs / outcomes (including use of case management systems)

Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
• Provide visible leadership for the Living Well service
• Facilitate local collaboratives to support service values
• Continually gather service data and monitor performance
• Work to the values of Living Well /Derby Wellbeing and the standard operating procedures
• Ensure effective collaborative working to deliver high-quality support
• Directly line manage 2 FTE Wellbeing Leads, 1 FTE Information & Promotion coordinator
