Summary
The ward clerk will need to liaise in a professional manner with patients, visitors, colleagues within the Mental Health Directorate as well as across the Health Board and other involved in-patient care and undertake a range of duties within the spectrum of the role. The emphasis within the Mental Health Directorate will be on team working, sharing of knowledge and experience for the overall benefit of the organisation.
