Contract: Full-time, Permanent (38.75 hours per week)

- (Hybrid, 3 days office, 2 from home)

We’re looking for a Junior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Commercial Finance Team. This role offers a fantastic pathway into the world of finance, with hands-on experience and support to gain professional qualifications, such as CIMA.
Let’s take a closer look at role responsibilities:
- Dive into Data: Help analyse business performance by identifying key trends and insights to help improve outcomes.
- Support Forecasting: Assist in preparing accurate forecasts that guide budgeting and planning.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our Business Leaders and other management across our business to understand the drivers behind monthly performance.
- Learn Business Case Development: Support the creation of cases for key decisions, such as pricing strategies and capital investments.
- Assist in Reporting: Collaborate with the FP&A and Management Accounts teams to prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.
Must haves we’re looking for in experience for this role:
- Degree preferred but not essential (Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field).
- Some experience with data analysis or finance (e.g., from post-qualification experience internships, part-time roles, or academic projects).
- A strong desire to pursue a career in finance and work towards professional qualifications, such as CIMA.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all financial reporting tasks.
- Intermediate Excel experience with an understanding of PivotTables, CountIFs, VlookUps etc.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and organised with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible in their approach and happy to work in a hybrid model of 3 office days, 2 from home in our Maidenhead, Head Office.
