Summary
Leading (and supporting the Group Director of Efficiency & Integration) in the definition, development, delivery and assurance of Clinical Integration over two years; Ensuring programmes of work remove unwarranted variation and deliver the agreed benefits of merger, including the delivery of the four Wave 1 Patient Benefit Cases; Development of clinical integration roadmaps and toolkits to enable at scale clinical integration including prioritisation and initiation of Wave 2 clinical priorities; Ensure full alignment with the Trusts core tripartite strategies - Clinical Strategy, R&D Strategy and Education Working with the Integration Director provide director level leadership of the whole PTIP including the management of the Integration Programme Office; Realisation of financial benefits through highly effective financial planning, forecasting, monitoring and control in accordance with the principles for effective management of public money;
