Summary

Due to our continued growth, FM Conway is recruiting for a dynamic Transport Compliance Manager to join our thriving Transport division. In this key role, you'll oversee the compliance of EU driver and vehicle tachograph regulations, covering our entire fleet across East and South London. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our Purley Oaks depot.

The duties of the Transport Compliance Manager role will include:

- Reporting to the Senior Transport Manager regarding the levels of fleet compliance

- Managing the compliance of driver domestic hours regulations and road transport working time regulations

- Undertaking regular vehicle gate checks on company vehicles

- Improving regulations of compliance within the Transport division

- Making regular depot visits to manage the compliance of vehicle defect reporting

What skills and experience do you need?

The successful candidate will understand EU driver and tachograph regulations. You will have knowledge of UK driving legislation, traffic laws and will have experience in a transport related environment. A full UK driving license is required and knowledge of compliance for a large fleet of vehicles is desirable but not essential.
