Summary
The successful post-holder will ensure effective and timely delivery of planned regeneration Projects, primarily Systems works i.e. Electrical, Heating, Water Networks.
Working closely with the associated Asset Owner(s) and Programme Lead(s) to understand target outcomes, you'll form part of a joint MOD-Industry Delivery Team, developing viable Options Investment Appraisals before submitting timely Project justification (Business Case(s)) documentation, to identify Preferred Option(s) and optimum delivery approaches.
Thereafter, you will monitor the Procurement and Delivery cost, ensure Schedule is maintained, and manage Risk(s) to ensure Projects remain within the agreed and approved Time, Cost and Scope boundaries.
At Project completion, you're responsible for accepting the Project outcomes (and associated benefits), ensuring Value for Money whilst recording Lessons Learnt, and coordinating all through life support actions (i.e. implementation of Maintenance Plans).
