To carry out the activities of front desk receptionist for the Navy Command Headquarters and providing:
Professional first point of contact to all visitors entering Navy Command HQ building by confirming visitor’s identity.
Contacting hosts using the Global Address List (GAL).
Issue access pass to HQ staff and visitors, in accordance with security clearance level.
Advise visitors of SHEF and security issues, as directed by the HQ security.
Interrogate the ADACS security system to prepare access passes for the following day.
Answering incoming telephone enquiries and redirecting calls accordingly.
Checking emergency kit, i.e., defibrillator and updating records as directed.
Fully acquainted and able to operate the following HQ building systems:
Fire detector system.
Public address system.
ADACs system for proxy cards.
HQ main doors and PODS systems
Conduct initial response to incidents and emergencies.
In the event of a building evacuation, to act as the focal point for all visitors with the building.
Support the USO/DUSO/ITSO with administrative duties that are reasonably required within the security office.
Creation of Combination Change Packs

Distribution of Last Person out Sheets for Security Working Group points of contact
