Summary

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The CIS Support Manager supports the ICSMT Service Delivery Manager to direct, deliver and support DSCIS networks ensuring effective support, delivery, governance and accreditation. To maintain Service Delivery processes, procedures and documentation
Responsible for the co-ordination of CIS Projects in accordance with agreed time, cost and performance parameters including the through life management of Requests for Change (RFC).
The post holder will be responsible for the allocation of RFCs to specialist technical groups and liaison with ICSMT Service Desk manager to ensure that all asset and technical documentation is maintained and updated.
The CIS Support manager will also maintain the ICSMT SPOL/Process Management area including updating ICSMT Policies and Procedures including SLA’s in line with departmental and MOD best practice. To ensure that all documentation is regularly reviewed and that all amendments and changes are processed effectively following the DSCIS Management Processes.
CIS risk management. Supporting the Head of department to Identify, classify and describe security, delivery, reputational and other risk impacts. Recording risks accurately utilising the DCTT\DSCIS Risk management platform.
Provide support to ICSMT User services when required including the administration, management and creation of user accounts using Active Directory (AD).
