As a Tenancy Support Officer, your responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring compliance with management agreements
• Carrying out regular H&S checks to ensure compliance with company policies
• Ensuring the appropriate actions are undertaken for disposal or acquisition of properties
• Overseeing and carrying out the basic cleaning and room turnaround tasks
• Ensuring supported accommodation is available for use in line with local KPIs
• Supporting and empowering residents to maintain cleanliness of communal and personal space
We are looking for a Tenancy Support Officer with the following skills and experience:
• Experience in housing or tenancy management is desirable
• High levels of communication both verbally and written, including letter/report writing
• Good time management and organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
• A great team player who’s flexible, approachable, positive and enthusiastic
• A can do, proactive and empathetic nature with a passion for helping others
• Full UK driving licence with access to a car
In return, the successful Tenancy Support Officer will receive a salary of up to £24,180, plus the following benefits…
