Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Helpdesk Business Support (BR8) professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our internal staff, providing essential support for various administrative functions and helpdesk inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate efficient communication and swift resolutions to help maximize productivity across the organization. As part of our team, you will assist in managing daily operations, troubleshooting user issues, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires a keen understanding of administrative processes, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate under pressure while remaining organized and focused. You will be instrumental in ensuring our systems function smoothly and that our teams have access to the tools and support they need to excel in their tasks. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the helpdesk team and other departments as necessary.
Respond to and resolve general inquiries from staff regarding administrative processes and support requests.
Maintain and update documentation regarding procedures and helpdesk protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.
Assist in tracking and managing helpdesk tickets to ensure timely resolution and escalate issues as needed.
Conduct regular audits of support systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Coordinate with IT and other departments to facilitate software and hardware solutions for user issues.
Provide training and onboarding for new staff related to administrative processes and helpdesk tools.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or helpdesk support role, preferably within a corporate setting.
Strong understanding of administrative processes and helpdesk ticketing systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centered approach.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle inquiries and provide effective resolutions.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with basic IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:30
End Time: 17:00
