Summary
Production Manager
The Client
Our Client is a well established company within the water treatment industry. For four decades they have forged a well deserved reputation at the forefront of this industry in the UK. In addition to distributing standard products their ability to build bespoke water treatment solutions to a customers specification has helped set them apart from the competition.
The ROLE
Due to continued success they now require a Production Manager to oversee the production process. The successful candidate will be required to:
* Lead a small team of multi-disciplined (mechanical and electrical) assemblers
* Plan production schedule
* Order the products to ensure stock levels remain adequate
* Quality standards
* Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
* Monitor productivity rates and product standards
* Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients
* Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with experience in a similar role, the right candidate will:
* Posses a background in assembly/production
* Production planning/scheduling experience
* Multiskilled
* Supervisory/Management experience
