Join our One Great Team here at Haven as an Owner Events Coordinator & Guest Experience Support, where you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional experiences for our guests and owners.
We are seeking an Owner Events Co-ordinator; to join our experience team and play a key role in enhancing the experience for our owners and guests, creating memories that last a lifetime. If you are fun, energetic, and love working with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and host events for owners, from relaxed coffee mornings to lively quiz nights.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative and engaging event ideas.
- Ensure smooth execution of events, including set-up and clear-down.
- Manage event communications via social media platforms like Facebook.
- Act as first point of contact for telephone inquiries, providing professional and friendly assistance.
- Address owner and guest queries with care and efficiency, fostering positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate event records, including attendance and feedback.
- Provide administrative support for operational tasks and team initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and owners.
- Confidence in using social media platforms for event promotion.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, bank holidays and weekends, to accommodate events.
This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
