Job Title : Building Safety Project Manager (Resident Engagement)

Start Date : Immediate Start
Start Time : 09:00
End Time : 17:00
Salary: £310.39 per day
To deliver the Councils Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.
• To review and amend as required the Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.
• Liaison with Building Safety Regulator as necessary.
• Work with the Housing Resident Engagement team to support the High Rise Living residents group.
• Prepare and issue resident communications to support Building Assessment Certificate applications.
• Liaison with internal council teams, residents, contractors and consultants.
• A key member of the Building Safety Team.
KNOWLEDGE:
Essential - Knowledge and experience of building construction methods and materials
Essential - A demonstrable understanding of building regulations and the requirements
of the Building Safety legislation
Essential - A clear understanding of the requirements of the Building Safety Bill and other emerging requirements, regulations and guidance.
Essential - Knowledge of the requirements for good building safety management and processes.
Essential - Good stakeholder engagement knowledge and experience.
Essential – excellent project management knowledge and experience
