Summary
We are looking for a FMProject Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery and its lifecycle.
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable and unique experience, handling potentially large time sensitive projects within Sodexo’s Justice segment. You will thrive on a challenge as you ensure projects are executed to the highest standard!
Please, NOTE - The ideal candidate will be covering HMP Addiewell - Scotland - Edinburgh area & Northumberland area and will be expected to be in each prison weekly. Occasional travel to other 4 prisons will be also required.

Main Responsibilities- Review project scope and manage the project delivery challenges ensuring best practice is followed, risk is recorded and managed and Health and Safety procedures are followed.
- Delivery of projects to meet budget and time constraints.
- Stakeholder engagement and cooperation including supply chain and client representative to ensure the most appropriate technical solutions are implemented at best value.
- Drive consistency and engineering best practice, championing continued improvements.
- Review project requests, analyse information and comment on feasibility and deliverability, manage expectations.
- To control all aspects of project delivery, liaising with clients, end users, accounts, operations and senior team colleagues.
- Demonstrable Experience in Project or Operational Management.
- Experience in construction / maintenance environment
- Project Management Qualification – PRINCE2 OR Equivalent.
- Clearance for Working in Prisons – preferred but not essential.
- Experience of working in Prisons or similar environment.
- Experience of producing detailed reports, attention to detail is essential.
- Experience in Managing in-house Labour and Sub-contractors.
- Financial planning and management of budgets.
- Strategic and operational management.
