Summary
Hunter's Bar Playschool is looking for an Early Years Educator level 2 or above to join our team.
We are registered on the Early Years Register for children aged 2 - 5. Hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8.30am - 4.30pm, term time only. There will be 3 x 3-hour Friday morning meetings per term, arranged on an ad hoc basis.
The successful applicant will value learning through play and indoor/outdoor free flow learning. They will work as a Key Person for a group of children and track their development, feeding back to parents and liaising with the SENDCO when necessary in order to identify children who need extra support.
This post will include various different roles alongside teaching through play, such as preparing and overseeing snack, leading group times, changing nappies and toileting, cleaning, settling new children and reassuring their families, sending photos home on our Class Dojo app, etc.
